Horse Creek Farms is located in North Chattanooga at the foot of Signal Mountain just minutes from downtown Chattanooga.

 



Nestled at the base of Walden’s Ridge is a beautiful valley which is home to Horse Creek Farms, a former horse farm and acres of previously tilled farmland. Few locations throughout the region offer a setting this scenic.   This former horse farm still echoes memories from a by-gone day, yet is only a few minutes from downtown Chattanooga.

It seems fitting that Blue Hammer would focus much our spec-building efforts in this neighborhood.  We have chosen for the Townes at Horse Creek Farms and the Cottages at Horse Creek Farms be inspired by the architecture of the 1920’s and 1930’s. These homes stood as a backdrop to simple times, good stories, good memories.
