Custom Homes
Whether you already own your own lot/land and house plan, or if you simply know you would like to build your next home, we can guide you through the rest of the process.  We can help you select the best property (whether that be one of our lots that we already own or somewhere else), walk you through the design process, and oversee every aspect of the building process. We will ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and make sure your property includes many valuable amenities. We guarantee a pleasant and competent building experience.

We have several stock home plans that have been optimized for green building practices, but we can also use your home plan, customize a home plan, or create one from scratch.

Not sure what you want?  We can help.  Let us work with you to come up w/ multiple options for your space to choose from.  Our network of suppliers have great showrooms and even free consultation.  Depending on the scope of your project, we may even be able to provide enough product samples and pictures at our showroom that would save you time traveling to multiple locations.

Need guidance on how to make your home more functional for your changing health needs.  We offer consultation with a licensed Occupational Therapist who can create a priority list of changes for your existing home.  Use us to make these changes and receive credit for the cost of the O.T. consultation.

Staging
If you have ever watched TV shows dedicated to selling homes (e.g. HGTV's HomeStagers, Sell This House, or Designed to Sell), you know that many professionals are convinced that staging a home is a MUST to improve the sell price and/or its time on market.  Why is this so important?  Can't most buyers picture what the home will look like later?...NO, very few potential buyers do picture what a home CAN look like.  And even the few who may be able to usually will not bother to unless the home appealed to their emotions to begin with.

What is staging?  Most would agree that some of the key principles include:

• Curb Appeal 
• Clean, Declutter and De-personalize
• Reduce or replace furniture
• Remove obvious blemishes, stains, odors, etc.
• Fresh paint
• Selective accessorizing with art, area rugs, lighting, plants, etc.
