Streamlining decisions and facilitating communication is key to a well-built home. We follow a simple 4 step process for your custom home build:
During this phase we get to know you and hear exactly what you are looking for in a new home.
At this stage we will begin the design process with you; working with plans you already own or custom designing plans for you.
Your home begins to take physical shape as the building process begins and you get to put your personal touches on it during selection meetings.
Inspections are passed, closing paperwork is handled seamlessly, and you get to move into your new home and live well.
