Tracy brings a hands-on approach to every Blue Hammer home, personally overseeing each project to ensure quality and consistency. With 15 years of remodeling and construction experience prior to founding the company in 2000, Tracy has built a reputation for integrity, craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Todd Smith

     -Co-Owner and Founder

Todd transforms ideas into reality through thoughtfully designed floor plans and architectural layouts. Backed by over 15 years of engineering experience, he also leads business operations at Blue Hammer Homes. Known for his honesty, attention to detail, and dependable leadership, Todd plays a key role in shaping both the homes and the client experience.
